What We Do

Our comprehensive range of services is relevant for clients across a large number of sectors. Annual Maintenance Contract

Annual Maintenance Contract for complete range of Computers Hardware, Valuable Data/backups, Virus. We undertake maintenance on Yearly basis and Call on basis depending on customer requirement. For Yearly contract we charge 50% of the amount at the beginning and upon completion of 6 months next 50% to be paid. This includes 4 calls in a week and any additional call will be charged accordingly (after 4 calls, customer can avail free telephonic support). Response time will be 4 hours during working hours, during emergency calls will be attended on priority basis. Above terms and conditions varies on client requirement.

How it works

Our AMC does not include replacement of parts but the customer has to pay the actual price for the parts replaced, whereas labour charges including traveling expenses will be beared from us. You can do a quick calculation on the number of times there have been breakdowns or hardware problems in the past and then make a decision. For all you know, going in for AMC might prove to be a lot more economical. As the machine gets older and starts to give more problems and AMCs become more economical as all hardware comes with one-year warranty.

The AMC should cover all possible hardware related problems. For e.g., a hard disk drive crash, noises during operation, etc. Problems caused by electric failure/surge are not covered here. For very sensitive machines, manufacturers recommend the use of a UPS (Uninterrupted Power Supply Machine).

Software related issues such as Operating Systems, Mail Software, Database software etc. It is advised that one should always buy licensed and legal software to prevent any software issues and it also makes maintenance easier as the software company will provide you with a new copy in case the older one gets damaged or crashes. Data loss due to virus is not covered under contract.

Services include back-up solutions, cleaning of the computer system and peripherals, disaster recovery solutions, general antivirus checks and regular maintenance like running diagnostic tests to ensure if all the components are working fine.
